Nelsons Arnicare cream is a traditional herbal product formulated with arnica known to help with bruising. The formulation is based on a long standing use as a traditional herbal remedy.

How To Use

Before first use, ensure seal has not been broken Pierce seal with the point on top of the cap Adults, children and the elderly:  Apply to the affected bruised area 4 times as day For external use

Active Ingredients

1g cream contains 9.0mg tincture of Arnica whole plant (Arnica montana L.) (1:10), equivalent to 0.9 mg Arnica whole plant. Extraction solvent: Ethanol 57% v/v
