BioActive Magnesium is a one-a-day tablets that contains 200mg of pure magnesium (53% of your RDA) per tablet. They are made using a complex of three different magnesium salts. This tablet can be swallowed whole, or can be dissolved in a glass of water. This tablet has a neutral taste and is dissolved completely within a few minutes. Magnesium is an essential mineral which is required by the body for overall health. A well-balanced diet provides normal blood levels of magnesium. However certain situations cause your body to lose magnesium faster than you can replace it from your diet, which is where supplementation may be necessary. This product is suitable for vegetarians.
