How To Use

Fitting Guide: -        Remove the pad from the packaging and peel off the tab to reveal the adhesive strip -        Fold the pad lengthways to create a ‘bowl’ shape -        Position the wider part of the pad upwards -        Place the pad in snug fitting underwear (not boxer shorts), so that the adhesive strip affixes to the inside front. -        Don’t place one pad inside another, this will NOT increase absorbency -        Never use talc powder and only use creams sparingly if necessary
