How To Use

Fitting Guide: -        Measure around the hips to ensure you select the correct size -        Can be pulled up and down as with regular underwear – make sure they are pulled all the way up and that there is a close fit -        There are tear-away side seams for easier removal if required -        Wetness indicators let you know when the pants need to be changed Note: -        Don’t place one pad inside another, this will NOT increase absorbency -        Never use talc powder and only use creams sparingly if necessary
