The Vicks VH845E1 Warm Mist Humidifier helps provide comfort and relief for both kids and adults. It releases up to 99% bacteria-free mist into the air to help promote easy breathing and allows for a more comfortable sleep. It features a large, 3.8L tank that can last up to 24-hour per filling, so you won't need to worry about having to refill the humidifier during the night. It has two levels of output to get just the amount of moisture you need, depending on the size of the room and the dryness of the air. This humidifier is compatible with VapoPads scented pads with essential oils. Its tray accepts up to 2 VapoPads for soothing vapors. Recommended for rooms up to 55 m2.  Designed to help prevent irritated throat and nasal passages during winter by adding moisture into the air you breathe and allow to keep your throat and nasal passages hydrated. It provides the right humidity level to help easy breathing and favors a more comfortable and restful sleep during cough and cold season. It effectively reduce virus survival by maintaining a humidity level between 40-60 percent.

How To Use

Humidifiers work by dispersing water using a small rotating or oscillating disc to divide water droplets into such a tiny size that they can then be fanned into the air thus increasing humidity. Humidifiers generally disperse a cool mist . Humidifiers are less likely to kill bacteria through the heating process and so vigilant cleaning is crucially important! Vapourisers work by using a heating element to heat water which creates steam.  This steam is warm and is fantastic at soothing night time coughs and sniffles.  The only downside is that the warm steam can be dangerous for small children to be around so to ensure safety from burns you must be conscious of that when using them at keep them somewhere out of reach (including the cable and socket). They are generally known as being a little easier to keep clean as the steam kills a lot of bacteria and germs that might settle and grow if the water was not heated.
